Description

The cutest mermaid tail and headband! Size OS and would probably fit 3-5T. I haven't washed it because the instructions say to spot clean only. There are a few minor marks, crinkles in the scales and fraying at the edge of the tulle. The elastic at the waistband got twisted up and doesn't lay perfectly flat.
