Super colorful Nightmare Before Christmas peplum top. Handmade by shop Babalus. It has 3/4 sleeves. No size tags but purchased as a size 8. See measurements …it ran a little small for us. Wore from size 6 as more of a peplum. Only hung to dry and washed cold. Has some normal wear and fade, no major issues.
