Handmade by Ke'alamaile In Hawaii #reversible skirt with #pockets kids size 4. Elastic waist. Sizing is approximate. Measurements are: width at waist is 9.5 inches, length from waist to hem is 12 inches. Both sides have woodland theme. Dark green side features #unicorns. Light green side features #mushrooms an #toadstools. There is some significant creasing and fading near the hem line and a light spots on one side. However the skirt is so adorable and #unique that I think it's character more than makes up for it's flaws. It's in play condition. #madeintheusa
