My daughters favorite. One of a kind handmade piece. Adorable multi colored scribble design heart pattern with little mix cassette tapes that say “I love you”. Double layered skirt in black and white stripes & red. Cotton Lycra fabric. Flutter sleeve in black & white stripes. Raw edge on flutter sleeve and skirt hems. Minor wear. Great for Valentine's Day.

I made this in a size 6…please see measurements. It worked for us best when in a size 5, and 6. More like a tunic in smaller size and a longer top in size 6.…maybe even size 7, depending on your child's size.
