Could fit from 5-7 depending how long you want the dress to be. See measurements below Pretty green dress with smocked detail on chest. Peter Pan collar with pink piped edging around collar & sleeves. Dress has two buttons in back, but back is a bit open. Not sure if it was made this way or missing buttons. Can be sewn together, or add buttons, or wear an undershirt. Has two ties to tie bow in back.

****2 flaws; has a small stain on front that looks like it should come out if treated, and seam has come undone a little under one collar, which is not noticeable when worn.
