My MIL brought this exquisite dress back for my youngest (5yo) from Bermuda but it is way too small. I measured (measurements shown in the photos) and googled and my best guess is it is around a 12 month size based on the chest measurement. Please measure your child and/or a dress that fits them before buying because I am providing the flat measurements and cannot take a return for a fit issue. The back has corset lacing so it will have some extra give but I would base fit on it being laced as is.
