Black dress with a silky top and tulle skirt, with pompoms and shape cut-outs inside. Purchased at Target as part of a cat costume. Came with headband and gloves, which are missing. This one won't pass the test of time (price reflects) but is great for dress up or as the base of a halloween costume.
Size L but ran small. Fit us as a 9/small 10
