The bottom layer is a lightweight silky feeling lining made of nylon. The middle layer is tulle. The top layer has a metallic silver sparkle. Both tulle layers have raw edges.
This could easily be paired with a dance costume or worn as a regular skirt.
My daughter loved wearing funky combinations with mismatched tights, this skirt, and whatever shirt made her feel glamorous.
