No stains/rips. Worn handful of times.The goumi sleepsack is my favorite newborn item! It can be a sleepsack or you can unbutton the bottom so it is just a sleep gown. The sleeves have built in mittens that you can fold over so baby doesn't scratch their face. The gown is made of soft organic bamboo fabric.
