Hi! I just want to confirm that these will keep my kids feet dry! I bought used rain shoes before and they get his feet wet! So just want to double check!! Thank you 😊

@lc we were always fine with them in rain and puddle jumping, but you can see the two variations of blue? The bottom part is waterproof. The top part is a thick fabric (?) that can get wet.
