Play condition. Overall pretty good with normal flannel nightgown look with normal wash wear and a little piling but there is a light stain down near the bottom of Rapunzel's skirt. I took a few pics in different lights and angles for your consideration. Definitely still usable but marking as play due to that mark. No holes or rips. Puff sleeves. Pet friendly smoke free home. Thicker and more weight due it being a light flannel.
