Hello, so I'm trying to purchase the mat, but at checkout its not showing my apt. No matter where I try to add it/edit my address it won't show up. I'm new to Kidzen, so I'm not sure if this is possible, but if I put my full correct address in the "optional note to seller" are you able to edit the shipping lable? I figure I'm going to have to contact customer service, but wondered if I could purchase the mat w/o having to wait for their response. Sorry for the long msg and thanks either way!

@sassycheree hmmm that might be something due to the app maybe. I would contact customer service just to be sure so nothing wrong will go when shipping it off. I don’t think I would be able to edit it because I purchase the shipping label from the app and it just puts it all together. Sorry mama!
