Description

Short sleeve top with a rainbow's worth of stripes. Has an empire style with the seam across the chest with a slight gathering detail and then loose and flowy under that. There is a bit of fade to the navy blue parts. And on the neck, just under the navy, sometimes I think I see a tiny spot of dinginess, but most of the time I don't.
