Could you measure the waist for me? I feel like these usually run big, I’m hoping to use for my girl who’s in 18-24.

Hi! These did run a little big for us too. So the waist is 7.25 inches across and they are very elastic and measure about 9.5 inches when stretched as if they would be worn. They measure 7.25 inches from the top of the short to the inseam at the crotch. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
