Funtasia Too (classic children's brand) solid white blouse with Peter Pan collar, button up back, and puffed sleeves. Size 7. This was new without tag but noticed there's a flaw under the collar on one side where it isn't stitched across one part (see picture), so downgraded to GUC. No other flaws.
