This also has short flutter sleeves! Never worn! (I can't pull off the neckline!)
Material is 100% cotton and this is machine washable.
Bust armpit to armpit is 15.5” (not what the site says but I MEASURED!) and the material has stretch- it is soft & almost feels QUILTED even though in the sun it's semi sheer. Flutter sleeves are 7” long; waist is 14.5” one side & dress is 30” long. The color is black (sorry bc when I took pics there was a bit too much light!
