12-18m Absolutely gorgeous Blue Floral Flutter Sleeve Fairy Dress (similar to Lacey Lane). Blue background with floral print, flutter sleeves, a bit of a high-low hem and tie bow/ cross-back. Since it's “tie back, this makes for flexible sizing. It can also be worn as a halter. This dress is just stunning and I am so sad that we never got a chance to wear it before my daughter outgrew it. Would make the perfect party dress or just as everyday wear.
