This cute skirt by Etcetera features two front accent straps with buckles, five silvertone Anchor accent buttons on the front, 7" side zipper with hook & eye and snap, two back accent pocket flaps, and a unique geometric plaid grid design in white and blue. The stretchable fabric is 97% cotton, 3% Spandex.

Very good pre-owned condition as shown in the photographs. No foul, pet or smoke odors. No stains or holes. The strap at the side zipper is a little loose.
