Drewart small house. Beautiful craftsmanship and very heavy. Broken wood near the front right hinge and price is discounted to reflect that damage. May be able to be repaired. I have the broken piece which I will include. Originally paid 240$. Retails anywhere from $200-249. Truly wonderful for small world play with maileg mice or any little dolls. Made of alderwood in Poland.
