Beautiful OOAK Mommy Made Spring Dress. Navy with red roses all over print for the skirt and bodice lining. Top is light blue “wellies” print and light blue and green ivy side panels. Has an open back and ties on top. Pockets are perfect for carrying all kinds of goodies, in such cute contrasting prints too. So many details. Daughter wore twice, so no stains or tears.
