Disney Store, size 2. Captain Jake from 'Jake and the Neverland Pirates' 4-piece costume. Set includes coat/shirt, pants, and a pair of boot covers. VERY well-loved - mostly stains on the pants and some dull spots on the coat - but still plenty of life in it!

There aren't any Jake things on the costume (excepts the J's on the boots) so it could work as a basic pirate costume too.
