Costume is in great condition except for one of the sleeves the end of it where the puff almost feathery part is slightly falling off. An easy fix for someone who can sew! It comes with a one piece velour type leotard with the tutu attached. The butterfly wings, a wand, a headband and two little pieces two go on the shoes.
