Burt's Bees 100% organic cotton floral romper in size 12 months. We found this romper to run snug, as is typical with Burt's Bees brand cotton. I would say it fits like a 9-12 month item. The hands don't have fabric turn ups but the feet do to make it a footed sleeper. Print is a watercolor floral pattern and some of the flowers have dark spots which are not stains!
