We live in houston but travel to Utah for Christmas. As such, these were only worn for a few days this winter. Their condition is excellent. Rated to -22F, fleece lined, great traction and pull cinch for tightening. My kiddo found them to be warm and waterproof. Come from a smoke free, pet free home.
