Description

Worn only a few times in really excellent condition. Blue and white stripes in a nice light fabric for chilly fall days. Able to roll up the legs with buttons and red tabs. Elastic waist with functional drawstring. Size is 2-3 runs on the larger side, we wore them in 2T clothing using the drawstring and loosened as we transitioned to 3T.
