This vintage 80's dress is absolutely stunning. Sleeves, bodice and shoulders are made of velvet/velour material. Skirt and neckline have a beautiful oil spill color changing color and a bit of tulle on the lining to make it poof a little. The dress does have shoulder pads and the bodice does have a little stretch. 16
