This is such a beautiful dress coat and no description I can possibly type, would be good enough to describe it. The coat is very fancy and like a taffeta material, so it would be perfect for a fancy party on a rainy day. It has a hoodie and two bows in the front, as well as one in the back. ETA: Coat has shoulder pads and hood is removable. (12)
