This dress is by an Asian brand that I have no idea which one, but I couldn't let this one go. It's so beautiful in person and has a retro look to it. The quality is aaamazing and is made of 100% cotton. The tag reads Sz 10 but this is most definitely not a size 10. I will include measurements. There's also very cute appliqués at the bottom and a scalloped ribbon. The dress has buttons running from top to bottom in the front (17)
