Super colorful and bright rainbow tulle tutu. It looks handmade, but there is no tag. It fit my daughter between size 4 and 5T. There is some snagging, as it is well loved for dress up. The worst snag I found is pictured on the orange tulle. I can put this in a flat rate deal for you, but it would count as two items due to the size.
