Gorgeous & Unique Handmade Crochet Skirt! Designed in chocolate brown, pale blue, & purple. The multi colored patterned ruffles have specks of sparkle (does not shed) which gives the skirt a lot of glam! My daughter was wearing size 18-24M when she wore this. It measures about 9” in length, and the waist lying flat without ribbon tied, measures 8 3/4”. My favorite part about this little beauty is the waist is completely functional, you can replace the brown ribbon with anything of your choice. We liked the brown ribbon and I could adjust the waist comfortably to her size by making a pretty bow with it.
