This is truly a one-of-a-kind find. I would call this a bib-cape sweater. White and pink. Ties with pompoms on front. Ties with pompoms on each side. Looks to be handmade from the early 70's maybe? So adorable for this time of year. No tags attached. Guesstimating a size 2T-3T. Please read measurements below for accurate fit.
