These are actually NWOT , we never wore however my daughter had removed the tag and I ran it through the wash once because she had gotten into my bin - the bloomers are still attached to the inside of the dress however after washing I noticed light blue marks in the bottom of the bloomers -see picture so listing as VGUC. The dress is in perfect shape and so pretty ! Looks and feels like a light weight soft linen but tag shows the actual materials . Red white and blue striped with flutter sleeves and a white under lining and attached diaper cover/bloomer
