Baby Gap 18-24M Blue Tie Dye Pants. These are so cute! The waist is on the smaller side for 18 M, but that was perfect for my son. They have slight wash wear but no holes or stains. So much life left. Comfy for pjs or for going out and about or the park. Draw string is not the fully functional type but attached to an elastic band so it does help to keep them up.
