This is a pretty dress that is perfect for the holidays. The top is a sweater with a mama and baby bird on it. The bottom has layers of navy twirly tulle. It looks great overall, but it has one tiny hole in the tulle and a couple little lines of pulled threads (see photo.) Size 2-3.
