@kierstenbpeterson in my opinion, it fits more like a 24 month if I remember correctly. There are 2 buttons so it’s adjustable. At the shortest strap length it’s approximately 18” shoulder to hem, longer strap length is approximately 19”. It’s not overly dressy, but it is a simple, classic look which could work well for an outdoor wedding.
