Arthur Vintage 1996 PBS Talking Plush Doll - #5834 Interactive Retro TV Toy. The always adorable Arthur in plush form has movable legs and arms. His glasses are sewn on but are plastic. Zip back that exposes the talk box.

He stands at approximately 17" tall.

Excellent pre owned condition, he does appear to be missing a yellow shirt and his zipper needs his pull but it is still workable as shown in photos.
Made by Playskool, all tags intact. Tested and works great!
