This is a ladies size 5, fits like a big kid 3. I bought for my son because Allbirds brand doesn't have bigger kid shoe sizes. My son only wore them for 1 week. Allbirds is a wool brand. Wool keeps feet cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold. It regulates with body temperature and it is anti microbial so helps keep them fresh. Also wool repelled water so keeps them cleaner. They are 22 cm.
