@georgia_peach the waist is 9.75” across just above the seam where it meets the skirt. And the length is right at 22” from seam on straps to bottom hem. Hard to compare that top line against shoulder because of the halter style top.

Beautiful blue check print & the back is my fave! Makes a great Dorothy costume too! For us this style runs a size bigger than we wear in the ballet dresses. Guc to be safe for slightly more wash wear than I'd consider to be vguc.
