This is the Ruby Dress by luxury children's clothing designer Bella Bliss for size 6. It's 100% cotton poplin, and is in excellent condition. It originally retailed for $78. It's in a patriotic red, white, and blue plaid and there is a navy blue fringe trim around the neckline.
