This is the Dandelion Flower Dress by Mimi & Maggie from their Venice Canals Collection for size Large or 14. It is retailing online for $66 right now.
The dress is a flowy viscose/cotton blend and is fully lined in cotton. The dress is in good condition. There's a really hard to see snag and the seam is coming undone on one sleeve. I did take pictures of the flaws for you.
Long sleeves, trapeze dress with a high-low hem, and an appliqué on the bodice.
