- Very cute Minnie Mouse western chief rain jacket. Button snaps to secure. Lined on the inside 100% polyester and 100% polyurethane exterior. This jacket is SO easy to wipe clean so no staining, mud, grass stains! The only wear is a one of the polka dots on the back has discoloration which I took a photo of. The ears at the top have some separation at the vinyl but that’s an easy stitch fix. I’m not that talented otherwise I would definitely do it!
