Handmade Tulle TuTu

I hand make all my TuTus. They are made with an elastic waist so they will stretch. I also use lots of tulle so that they will be fluffy!!
This listing is for a baby TuTu. The size is 2T and is 10 inches long. These will stretch so u can probably use it much longer then the 2T.
The color is called shocking pink. It's a brighter true pink. Not neon but a pretty bright pink.
The TuTu will also have a white ribbon wrapped waist.
Each TuTu will be in brand new unworn condition.
