Only the bottoms are new, the top/dress was worn once, and is in excellent condition. And! there is a belt in the stock photo which I don't have.
I did some research, but I may not have all of my facts straight on this outfit.
This set is the Olivia Jumper and Ruffle Cropped Pants by Persnickety Clothing for size 2T. It's from the Spring/Summer 2012 Collection, the Heirloom Collection.
The top originally retailed for $78. It is 100% woven cotton, pinstripes of Pear or Light Grass Green and Cream.
The bottoms originally sold for $56. Also 100% woven cotton. The ruffle is a Pear Green, Cream, and a light Cornflower Blue.
