Rainbow colored, light up twinkle toes. Velcro closure. These are in pretty decent condition. My daughter didn't wear them much but when they WERE worn it was to ride her bike so the toes are a little banged up. There is an on/off spot for the light up toes, they are turned off for storage and shipping. All lights do work but the right one seems to be inconsistent. Has stars, hearts and polka dots. Dingy toes and some if the color is rubbed off the pink studs.
