Description

Beautiful blue floral hand smocked vintage dress from Polly Flinders.
Tag says size 5, but measurements are approx 12 inches across and 21.5 inches long.

Made in Barbados and the smocking and detail is absolutely stunning. Vintage so not perfect but the white looks crisp and I don't spy any stains or holes.
