Up for sale is a vintage girls dress by polly flinders.
Tagged size is 8, measurements below.
Blue long sleeve with smocked chest and ties in back. Skirt has a lace trim frame.

In good vintage condition. The lace trim on skirt has fraying and some tearing all around it where parts of lace are torn off on edge. Some color bleeding lightly onto white collar. Some light yellowing on front skirt in blue, hard to capture in photos.
