This retro jacket is just plain adorable, too cute for your toddler! Made in USA.

Tag is labeled a size 4. Please compare measurements to a favorite jacket:
Chest (underarm to underarm): 13.25" across
Waist (across the front): 12.75"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 12.75"
Sleeve Length (neckline to sleeve cuff): 17"
Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 15.5"

Condition: The stitches are out along 1" of the bottom of the red stripe. There is wear on cuffs and on bottom hem and light overall fading. The drawstring hole is ripped on the right side. There is a stain on the back left, I have not treated it.
