Vintage navy velvet dress with white lace around the collar • pleated front • zipper up the back • I'm not sure if the cuffs are suppose to have stretch originally but they don't anymore • please note this is tagged a 4t but runs small so I have listed at a 3t • I've provided a measurement picture- please refer to that before purchasing to ensure fit • GUC because it's vintage. Has normal age wear but no holes or stains
