Vintage 70s women's formal dress, small (based on measurements & comparison), no brand/care/or size tags present, International Ladies Garment Worker Union label present.
Lace/chiffon/polyester blend, mint green color, lace choker collar & v-neck with chiffon, batwing split sleeves over sleeveless, zipper and hook & eye back closure, gathered waist with matching ties, pleated maxi-length skirt.
Flaws include a few light brown spots on skirt and top/ a few snags in lace & along waist hem, slight discoloration on interior collar.
Lay flat measurements: shoulder 15” armpit 15” waist 12” length 58”
