The book is totally functional and structurally sound but it does have wear. The first reading page has some pencil underlining. The binding is loose on the bottom in the middle of the book. One page was ripped and has been cleanly taped back in. The edging has some yellowing due to age. The cover has a few scratches. Please look through all photographs.
